📋 Description

• Analisar e solucionar tickets de suporte, priorizando e escalando conforme necessário • Colaborar com equipes internas para identificar e direcionar problemas técnicos complexos • Atuar em sistemas e ferramentas de monitoramento para garantir a estabilidade do ambiente de produção • Documentar procedimentos e soluções para facilitar o treinamento e acelerar a resolução de problemas futuros

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência em suporte técnico e atendimento ao cliente • Inglês intermediário/avançado • Conhecimento em Chrome Dev Tools • Conhecimento em bancos de dados (MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL) • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita • Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma criativa e eficiente • Atitude proativa, resiliência e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe • Desejável: Conhecimento em JIRA, Grafana, Sentry, Prefect, plataformas No Code e integração com APIs
