📋 Description

• You will be part of a team that develops solutions for one of the largest clients in the financial market, working in a high‑criticality environment where quality, performance and innovation are essential. • We are looking for a professional who enjoys building robust solutions, has a collaborative profile and actively participates in the team's technical decisions. • More than just writing code, we expect someone who contributes to the continuous evolution of the architecture, shares knowledge and uses Artificial Intelligence as an ally to increase productivity and quality of deliveries. • Develop and evolve Backend and Frontend applications, ensuring high‑quality deliveries for a client in the financial sector. • Analyze and resolve issues, proposing efficient and sustainable technical solutions. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies, technical refinements and architecture discussions. • Perform code reviews, contributing to the dissemination of development best practices. • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations between systems. • Write and maintain unit tests, ensuring the quality and reliability of deliveries. • Update the progress of activities in the team's management tools, ensuring transparency and predictability. • Use Artificial Intelligence tools daily to support development, code analysis and productivity gains. • Collaborate with the team to build scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with software engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Java 11 or higher. • Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework and CDI. • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. • Experience performing code reviews. • Knowledge of unit testing using JUnit or equivalent tools. • Mastery of development best practices and principles such as Clean Architecture. • Experience with Git and version control. • Experience in agile environments using Scrum, Kanban and Jira. • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools in the context of software development. • Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus. • Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Application Insights and API Management, is a plus. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions, is a plus. • Experience in financial market projects or high‑availability environments is a plus.
