📋 Description

• Lead data-driven solutions for customers, balancing strategic management with hands-on execution • Oversee the lifecycle of data products from ideation and development to deployment and optimization • Provide data analysis and visualization supporting business and digital product growth • Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists • Attract, retain, develop, mentor, and train data talent • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand data needs and prioritize initiatives • Define task priorities and roadmaps while balancing stakeholder demands • Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends through data profiling • Define clear data requirements with internal and external stakeholders • Understand business workflows, data sources, entities, and attributes • Validate data products with users using data and metrics • Monitor product performance using metrics and KPIs • Track the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments and drive continuous improvement • Understand data architecture and infrastructure, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms for e-commerce • Support AI incorporation into team workflows • Lead the tracking strategy for one of the biggest e-commerces in Mexico, translating behavior metrics into business insights and visualizations for marketing and product initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent level of English C1 or above • Experience working with international clients • Experience with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Experience with data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake) • Strong strategic thinking and product mindset • Experience with value-based prioritization • Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach • Experience in either the Data Platform, Data Visualization, or Advanced Analytics space (nice to have) • Experience with on-prem and data cloud migration (nice to have) • Experience with project management tools (nice to have) • Experience with AI/ML (nice to have) • Spanish language, reading, writing, and speaking (nice to have)
