📋 Description

• Develop and scale fraud prevention intelligence • Contain financial losses and reduce chargebacks • Identify weaknesses in protection layers and propose corrective and preventive actions • Design, implement, and enhance recommendation models for different use cases and channels • Ensure the performance, scalability, and quality of solutions • Define success metrics, including precision, recall, and business impact • Structure and improve the alert monitoring and prioritization process, increasing the team's operational efficiency • Develop and enhance evaluation, validation, and monitoring processes for fraud detection models and rules • Contribute to the technical development of less experienced analysts by sharing knowledge and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of statistics and experience applying Machine Learning to fraud detection • Proficiency in Python, including ML libraries such as Scikit-learn and XGBoost and their derivatives • Proficiency in SQL for working with large volumes of data using Spark, Databricks, and BigQuery • Ability to translate technical results into business impact • Experience in merchant acquiring or with card-present and card-not-present transactions (credit and debit) is a plus • Experience with industry decision engines such as Feedzai, FICO, ClearSale, or Cybersource is a plus • Experience structuring fraud prevention policies, procedures, and processes is a plus
