📋 Description

• Conduct statistical, descriptive, and predictive analyses related to People and its relationship with the business, guiding decision-making, strategies, policies, and processes • Model and analyze deviations in the key performance indicators and targets established for the People & Management division • Create, validate, and document assumptions, rules, and definitions for the department’s indicators • Prepare materials, training sessions, and informational content about analytical products and tools to empower end users • Develop an in-depth understanding of the business to assess and measure the true value generated by People Analytics solutions • Monitor the market to identify trends and best practices, drive and measure the effectiveness of People initiatives, and reduce negative indicators such as turnover and absenteeism • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all analyses and datasets provided • Transform employee data into strategic insights, develop analytical products and tools, and connect People Analytics outcomes to business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of inferential statistics applied to business problems (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence levels) • Experience designing experiments and conducting causal inference (e.g., RCTs, quasi-experiments, MDE, ICC/DEFF, DiD/staggered adoption, ANCOVA, preregistration) • Strong command of predictive modeling and multivariate statistics (e.g., regression, survival analysis for turnover, time series, Markov chains, temporal validation) • Ability to manage and interpret multiple volumes of analytical data simultaneously • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Proficiency in at least one Business Intelligence tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Advanced knowledge of manipulating and processing relational data using SQL and/or Python • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
