📋 Description

• Lead data-driven solutions and balance strategic management with hands-on execution • Oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization • Translate behavior metrics into business insights and data visualizations for marketing and product initiatives • Provide data analysis supporting business and digital product growth through data visualization • Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists • Attract, retain, develop, mentor, and train data talent • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand data needs and priorities • Prioritize tasks and define roadmaps while balancing stakeholder demands • Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends • Define clear, specific, and achievable data requirements with stakeholders • Understand business workflows, data sources, entities, and attributes • Validate data products with users using data and metrics • Monitor product performance using metrics and KPIs • Track effectiveness of data initiatives and investments and drive continuous improvement • Understand data architecture and infrastructure, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms for e-commerce • Support incorporation of AI into team workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent level of English C1 or above • Experience working with international clients • Experience with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Experience with data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake) • Strong strategic thinking and product mindset • Experience with value-based prioritization • Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach • Experience in either the Data Platform, Data Visualization, or Advanced Analytics space • Experience with on-prem and data cloud migration • Experience with project management tools • Experience with AI/ML • Spanish language (reading, writing, and speaking)
