📋 Description

• Design and code highly complex systems and components efficiently. Be a reference in advanced knowledge and practices in software development. Additionally, create a learning environment and a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring teams to achieve technical excellence. • Design and code highly complex systems and components using best practices and advanced software development techniques. • Serve as a technical reference, sharing knowledge and mentoring development teams. • Work closely with development teams and clients to ensure technical excellence in solution delivery. • Identify opportunities to improve development processes and propose new technical paradigms. • Promote a learning and collaborative environment, encouraging knowledge exchange and the pursuit of new technical skills. • Lead high-complexity projects, acting as a technical guide for the team and ensuring delivery quality. • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools for projects, considering defined requirements and objectives. • Actively participate in technical communities and industry events, keeping up to date on trends and innovations in software development. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices, code reviews, automation, and the use of agile methodologies. • Contribute to defining technical guidelines and development standards within your context. • Organize and conduct Solution Reviews with clients and the team, and actively participate in the ceremonies of your context. • Implement and optimize algorithms and automation processes using AI techniques to improve workflow, reduce delivery time, and increase operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, Oracle databases, and code design patterns. • Experience implementing architectures on Azure Cloud. • Knowledge of Azure Cloud, especially Azure Service Bus, Azure Application Insights, Azure API Management/Gateway, and Azure AKS. • Experience with CI/CD. • Desirable knowledge of Oracle APEX. • Ability to negotiate and communicate with business and technical stakeholders about technical strategies, risks, blockers, and technical interdependencies.
