📋 Description

• Take technical ownership of a data modernization engagement for a new client • Guide the long-term technical direction of the account after the initial assessment phase • Lead a multidisciplinary team through the full lifecycle of data products, from design through deployment • Enable data scientists and data developers to build, enhance, and maintain data products • Participate in architecture and design discussions, defining secure and performant solutions • Translate business and technical requirements into viable technical solutions • Communicate with client team members to align technical solutions with business needs • Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and non-technical program management teams • Guarantee a stable and productive development environment • Participate in data assessments and complex data modernization engagements • Maintain connection with CI&T's data practice and shared expertise • Coordinate delivery across projects, clients, and subject-matter domains with teams in Mexico, North America, Brazil, and other Latin American countries

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English (C1 or above) • Advanced/Fluent Spanish (C1 or above) • Solid experience in data architecture design and technical leadership • Solid experience designing, developing, and deploying pipelines, data lakes, data meshes, and other data products • Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or similar) • Experience with data pipeline orchestration and workflow automation • Solid experience translating business problems into data solutions • Experience with consultative data assessments and data modernization engagements • Knowledge of Data Governance principles • Experience with CI/CD and MLOps pipelines • Experience collaborating with pre-sales and presenting data solutions to non-technical audiences • Ability to build proof of concepts and prototype complex technical mechanisms • Experience scaling data workloads • Familiarity with AI engagements and agentic coding • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
