📋 Description

• Design and implement highly complex, large-scale solutions; • Represent the technology team during product discovery, supporting business and product areas in addressing functional and non-functional requirements; • Ensure business challenges are addressed using the most effective process and engineering practices; • Ensure software engineering and process best practices are applied within your context, guaranteeing the technical quality and reliability of solutions; • Provide appropriate technical support, mentorship, and training to raise the team’s technical excellence; • Collaborate with other departments to ensure integration and effectiveness of proposed solutions; • Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies, anticipating potential issues and challenges during project execution; • Drive technical innovation and stay current with technological trends and advancements, ensuring proposed solutions align with market best practices; • Conduct technical reviews, assessing proposed solutions for compliance with architectural guidelines and best practices; • Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand project needs and requirements, offering technical guidance and recommendations;

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of developing distributed applications, applying fundamental software engineering concepts regardless of programming language; • Proven track record developing large-scale, complex applications; • Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript-based languages and frameworks: Node, React, Angular, Vue, etc.; • Demonstrated experience with cloud-based architectures; • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues; • Desirable qualifications: • Experience with product discovery processes; • Experience building and distributing addons/plugins for modern browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox.
