📋 Description

• Architect and implement a sophisticated permission data model and associated APIs • Lead the technical approach for an AWS-native architecture using Golang • Drive the AI-powered code transposition strategy, showcasing CI&T's innovative approach • Mentor team members and establish best practices for code quality and performance • Deliver working demonstrations to key stakeholders showcasing the permission system functionality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Advanced expertise in Golang development • Strong experience with AWS-native application development • Deep understanding of authentication and authorization systems • Experience designing and implementing API-first approaches • Ability to leverage AI tools for code development and transformation • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts • Experience with auction platforms or similar complex business systems (nice to have) • Background in modernizing legacy systems (nice to have) • Previous work in hierarchical permission models (nice to have)
