📋 Description

• Lead the development and integration of complex back-end software solutions • Design, build, and maintain complex back-end services in C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server • Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring standards for versioning, security, performance, and documentation • Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing, proactive troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of production incidents • Collaborate on integrations between multiple systems and services using appropriate software design patterns and architectural principles • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and applying improvements • Contribute to CI/CD workflows and best practices to improve development efficiency, quality, and deployment consistency • Serve as a technical reference for the .NET stack • Help the team deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core in high-volume, production systems • Advanced hands-on experience designing and building back-end services using C#, ADO.NET, and SQL Server • Strong background implementing and evolving SOAP and RESTful services, including versioning, security, and best practices • Deep understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning • Proficiency in XML serialization/deserialization for integrations and data exchange • Strong command of software design patterns, clean architecture principles, and engineering best practices • Experience designing unit and integration tests, troubleshooting complex issues, and performing root-cause analysis • Effective communication skills and resilience in fast-paced, multicultural teams • Advanced English proficiency; all communication conducted in English • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (nice to have) • Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic approaches to software development (nice to have) • Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban (nice to have)
