📋 Description

• Provide technical support for applications, performing analysis, diagnosis and bug fixes, including making direct code changes. • Investigate production incidents, identify root causes, and apply fixes within appropriate timeframes to ensure service stability. • Monitor application behavior and contribute to preventive actions to avoid recurrence of failures. • Collaborate with development and operations teams, sharing technical information, aligning priorities, and supporting continuous improvements. • Properly document incidents, applied solutions, and support procedures. • Support optimization and automation initiatives, suggesting incremental improvements to systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience programming in Python, including debugging, reading code, and implementing fixes. • Familiarity with APIs developed using FastAPI. • Experience with cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins). • Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes). • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, able to execute simple to intermediate queries and analyses for troubleshooting. • Ability to handle production demands and prioritize incidents. • You will stand out if you have: • GCP certifications.
