📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end test strategy and execution to ensure each release meets both functional and non-functional requirements. • Define and maintain test plans, traceability, and entry/exit criteria. • Write and execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, exploratory). • Collaborate with teams on shared suites (API tests in Postman, automation scripts review). • Integrate and monitor tests in CI/CD pipelines (shift-left approach). • Coordinate test data/environments with DevOps, manage fixtures/stubs. • Log detailed, reproducible bug reports and assist in defect triage. • Provide test results and release readiness reports to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with any automation framework (Playwright/JavaScript preferred). *automation experience is a must have* • Experience with manual testing with Databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) • Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation • Understanding of the testing pyramid and types: Smoke, UI, API, Regression, Accessibility. • Knowledge of metrics, dashboards, and QA reporting tools. • Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum processes. • Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Continuous Validation pipelines. • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and present to leadership. • Strong English (upper-intermediate or above) for interactions with our client and multicultural team. • Nice-to-have Skills: • Experience with JMeter (load/performance testing). • Ability to configure initial automation projects. • Experience with database automation projects
