📋 Description

• Administer and configure Salesforce Service Cloud applications, including managing cases, queues, and service processes. • Utilize Salesforce Flow Builder to automate processes and enhance service delivery. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. • Manage user access, roles, and profiles, ensuring compliance with Salesforce security best practices. • Provide support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding of Service Cloud functionalities. • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities. • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow Builder for process automation. • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules. • Experience with report and dashboard creation in Salesforce. • Familiarity with user management and data management best practices in Salesforce. • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub/Gearset • English - Fluent.
