📋 Description

• Design and develop intelligent agents based on LLMs to automate and optimize software engineering processes; • Define AI solution architectures that integrate autonomous agents into existing workflows; • Implement prompt engineering pipelines, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation); • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for intelligent automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and LLMs; • Solid experience with foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama 2/3); • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and advanced techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, Tree of Thoughts); • Knowledge of RAG and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS); • Experience with fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback); • Familiarity with agent development frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LangGraph; • Familiarity with agent behavior observability tools (Hangfuse, Helicone); • Knowledge of memory management tools (Zap, Cognee, MemO).
