📋 Description

• Lead accessibility testing initiatives on web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG and ADA standards. • Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java and relevant tools to enhance testing efficiency. • Collaborate with developers and product designers to integrate accessibility best practices throughout the development process. • Conduct in-depth reviews of user interfaces and design specifications to identify and mitigate accessibility barriers. • Mentor junior QA team members on accessibility standards and testing methodologies. • Advocate for accessibility by conducting training sessions and workshops for stakeholders and team members. • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to accessibility and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in WCAG guidelines and ADA compliance standards. • Proven experience in automation testing using Java and familiarity with related frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG). • Proficiency in accessibility testing tools and techniques (e.g., Axe, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Advanced English. • Certification in Accessibility (nice-to-have). • Experience with web technologies and modern web development frameworks (nice-to-have). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices that integrate accessibility testing (nice-to-have).
