📋 Description

• Conduct thorough data analyses to support business and digital product growth • Generate actionable insights through data visualization • Support data-driven decision-making across teams • Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends • Improve understanding of business data and inform strategic decisions • Work closely with stakeholders to define clear, specific, and achievable data requirements • Define how analytical outputs should be presented and consumed • Develop a strong understanding of business workflows • Identify relevant sources, entities, and attributes to answer business questions • Validate analytical products with users • Ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations • Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and metrics • Measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights • Understand the technical architecture supporting data initiatives • Work with data storage, integrations, and analytics platforms • Collaborate effectively with technical teams • Support the integration of AI tools and methodologies into analytical workflows • Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics Specialists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions • Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering growth and development

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent level of English communication (reading, writing, and speaking) • Excellent level of Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking) • Experience working with international clients • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) • Google Tag Manager (GTM) • Strong analytical mindset • Product-oriented thinking • Experience with value-based prioritization • Data-driven decision-making • Data analysis and interpretation • Data visualization and insight generation • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams • Experience working with stakeholders to define business and analytical requirements • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
