📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data ingestion and integration requirements • Design, develop, and maintain scalable PySpark and SQL ingestion pipelines • Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows aligned with Medallion Architecture standards • Integrate data from multiple sources into enterprise data lake environments • Ensure data quality, integrity, reliability, and performance across ingestion processes • Align local ingestion workflows with global platform standards and governance • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve ingestion pipelines and data workflows • Document ingestion processes and technical implementations • Support stakeholders and provide technical guidance when needed • Stay updated on modern data engineering practices and technologies such as Delta Sharing, Lakeflow Connect, and REST APIs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role focused on data ingestion and transformation • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Medallion Architecture • Strong proficiency in PySpark and SQL • Experience working with Data Lakes and modern data platform concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in global environments • Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure is a plus)
