📋 Description
• Build and operate a cutting-edge, near-real-time data platform that synchronizes data across enterprise systems. • Design and deploy real-time data pipelines using Kafka Connect and Debezium CDC. • Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate data pipeline deployments. • Implement data quality validation and monitoring across streaming pipelines. • Deploy and manage data infrastructure on Kubernetes clusters. • Build and optimize Snowflake data models that power analytics and business intelligence. • Document data flows, transformations, and technical decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced English communication (Non-Negotiable) • Snowflake production experience (Non-Negotiable) • Real-time streaming expertise • Kubernetes operational experience • Data pipeline development • Data modeling • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Data governance and cataloging (Nice-to-have) • Advanced stream processing (Nice-to-have) • Modern data stack tools (Nice-to-have) • Open table formats (Nice-to-have) • Cloud platforms and FinOps (Nice-to-have) • Financial services domain experience (Nice-to-have)
