📋 Description

• Own the design and delivery of software solutions across React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Build, integrate, and own backend services, APIs, business logic, and data flows • Lead technical planning, architecture discussions, and solution design • Lead code reviews and uphold engineering standards • Own application performance, reliability, accessibility, and maintainability • Debug and resolve complex production and development issues • Drive unit, integration, and end-to-end automated testing practices • Work across third-party integrations, analytics, feature flagging, payment systems, CMS platforms, and cloud environments • Improve CI/CD and release management • Mentor less-experienced engineers and partner with QA and engineering teams • Create and maintain technical documentation • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript • Deep experience building modern frontends in React • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of analyzing complex issues and implementing efficient solutions • Business acumen, including project and stakeholder management expertise
