📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and custom metadata types • Build automation using Flows and declarative tools, API integrations, and Mulesoft • Participate in code reviews, Salesforce Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Gearset • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and security standards • Enhance Sales Cloud functionalities, including lead/opportunity lifecycle management and custom quote flows • Support Service Cloud features, focusing on case management and Omni-Channel Routing • Customize Experience Cloud portals with Lightning components and branded user experiences • Work within Agile delivery squads • Support client engagements and shape business outcomes through CRM and platform automation • Contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, multicultural environment

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise across Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL • Experience with automation tools and API integrations • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and security standards • Advanced English communication skills • Familiarity with Data Cloud and Agentforce (nice to have) • Exposure to CTI integrations, Einstein Bots, and Service Console enhancements (nice to have)
