📋 Description

• Responsible for developing and integrating software according to the scope of projects contracted by Spassu with its clients. • Lead the developer team and assign tasks using project management tools. • Ensure that delivered software implements all specified requirements on the defined technology platform and in accordance with architectural standards. • Configure projects in accordance with internal and client procedures, ensuring integrity, traceability, and maintainability. • Establish and evolve the project architecture throughout the development lifecycle. • Interpret functional specifications and produce technical specifications using text, UML diagrams, and other models. • Plan work using the designated project management tool. • Guide and support the team’s developers. • Code, integrate, test, maintain, and perform enhancements or corrective maintenance on software components. • Produce technical documentation in accordance with contractual requirements. • Integrate components with other team members using the designated tool. • Set up and configure local development environments. • Provide information for configuring continuous integration pipelines. • Provide support to the IT team and the client’s users. • Perform deliveries and integration testing in the client’s environment. • Support user acceptance testing and deployment in the client’s environments. • Train the client and conduct knowledge transfer on the software developed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Chemistry; or a bachelor’s degree in any field combined with a postgraduate course (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) of at least 360 hours in Information Technology. • Certification not required. • Preferred experience: 7 years as a Systems Analyst, Software Developer, or in a related role. • Knowledge of the development and support of solutions managed by the Agile Team, covering their entire lifecycle—from conception, analysis, and design through implementation, testing, deployment, operation, and decommissioning—as well as mastery of all related technical aspects, including modeling, solution architecture, programming, databases, user interfaces, services and integrations, testing, deployment, and more.
