📋 Description

• Develop and implement features for back-end systems using Java, ensuring code quality and scalability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Maintain and optimize existing systems by identifying and addressing defects and performance bottlenecks • Actively participate in code reviews, promoting development best practices and ensuring software quality • Use Git for version control, facilitating collaboration and change management across projects • Contribute to system documentation, ensuring information is up to date and accessible to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong back-end development experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot • Experience developing REST APIs • Experience with SQL and MongoDB databases • Knowledge of domain modeling and business rule implementation • Experience with relational databases and JPA/Hibernate • Experience with automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, or similar) • Proficiency in Git and version control best practices • Knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and exception handling • Experience working with agile methodologies • Experience with microservices architectures • Experience integrating with APIs and external services • Knowledge of observability and logging • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices • Experience with financial services, credit, or cooperative banking solutions • Knowledge of application performance and scalability
