📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding and supporting team members in delivering projects • Develop, implement, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions • Develop customized solutions and extensions, including plugins, workflows, and other components • Design and implement solution architectures aligned with business needs • Define and implement solution governance plans • Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications, including SAP • Work with Solutions and deployment processes • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and other stakeholders • Support the definition and negotiation of technical solutions and priorities • Collaborate with teams across Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support • Provide technical mentoring to support the development and growth of team members

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for large-scale, complex projects • Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM and its modules, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service • Experience with C# and .NET development • Knowledge of JavaScript for interfaces and customizations in Dynamics CRM web applications • Experience with Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, and customizations • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems • Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • Experience with Solutions and deployment processes • Knowledge of solution architecture and governance • Experience providing technical leadership to teams • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and mentoring skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
