📋 Description

• Develop and evolve an internal developer platform (IDP) focused on cloud provisioning, automation, and standardization. • Implement and maintain robust practices for automation, CI/CD, observability, and security starting from the infrastructure layer. • Collaborate with development, security, and SRE teams to foster a strong platform engineering culture. • Ensure the platform is scalable, resilient, secure, and user-friendly, supporting multiple scenarios and teams. • Contribute to the design of architectures, patterns, tools, and workflows that increase team efficiency and delivery speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP). • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Infrastructure as Data. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and integrations across environments. • Hands-on profile with a strong automation mindset, focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. • Nice to have • Experience with cloud security, threat mitigation, and implementing security best practices. • Strong understanding of distributed systems and platform engineering patterns. • Advanced knowledge or experience with: • Backstage • Kubernetes (administration, operators, extensions) • Crossplane, ArgoCD, Terraform • Istio / Envoy • Languages such as Go, Python, or Node.js
