📋 Description

• Act as the customer's representative, responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements and features. • Ensure the development and delivery of valuable products that meet customer needs and align with the company's business objectives. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and correct implementation of requirements. • Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories based on value, risk, and customer needs. • Conduct user testing to validate implemented features and ensure product quality. • Monitor product performance in the market and collect customer feedback to drive iterative improvements based on insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Define the product roadmap aligned with the company's vision and strategy. • Elicit, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into epics and user stories while adhering to Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), Acceptance Criteria (AC), and development-ready functionality. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding and correct implementation of requirements. • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories based on value, risk, and customer needs. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of value. • Conduct user testing to validate released features and ensure product quality. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders by sharing relevant product information and updates. • Monitor product performance in the market, gather customer feedback, and implement iterative improvements based on insights. • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and product management best practices. • Work closely with design teams to ensure user needs are understood and addressed, and with development teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented. • Contribute to the company-wide AI implementation strategy, aiming to optimize processes, identify automation opportunities, and foster an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. Develop and implement solutions that promote effective AI adoption across all areas of the company to improve performance and operational efficiency.
