• Develop and configure enhancements using Apex and Flows to improve Salesforce functionalities. • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth operations within the Salesforce environment. • Perform regression testing to validate changes and ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new developments. • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project goals. • Manage and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Create and maintain customer journeys using Automation Studio and Journey Builder. • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve marketing strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement personalized marketing solutions. • Generate reports and insights to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions. • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and deployment pipelines. • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST or SOAP APIs. • Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, focusing on client marketing strategies and best practices. • Proficiency in using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Analytics tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. • Strong communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. • Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. • Experience in creating and managing customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
