📋 Description

• Define and evolve the architecture of the digital prescription solution. • Conduct solution reviews of the defined stack for modularization, mapping technical dependencies and coupling risks. • Provide technical support during the conception and design phases (Discovery, Prioritization & Structuring), participating in PI Plannings, ART Syncs and System Demos. • Establish quality, security and scalability standards for the medical prescription workflow (including digital signatures and sensitive health data). • Collaborate in extracting business rules and dependencies from the legacy system, including by leveraging GenAI tools. • Provide technical guidance to the team (Squad Lead, Tech Lead, developers) on technical design decisions, code reviews and technical debt remediation. • Contribute to the project's technical governance by participating in forums such as the Technology Committee. • Own engineering metrics (cycle time, refactoring/rework, CFR/DORA) and the technical health of the backlog.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead in critical systems, ideally in healthcare, fintech or other regulated domains. • Hands-on experience with microservices/BFF architecture, APIs and system integrations. • Knowledge of sensitive data protection (LGPD) and best practices for safeguarding health information. • Practical experience with scaled agile methodologies (SAFe, ART, PI Planning) — desirable. • Familiarity with modernization and modularization of legacy systems. • Strong communication skills to navigate between deep technical discussions and conversations with business/product stakeholders. • Openness to work in a context of increasing adoption of generative AI within the development lifecycle (Agentic SDLC).
