📋 Description

• Lead the design of user-centric digital products • Create engaging and intuitive interfaces across platforms • Build strong client relationships and transform client challenges into design solutions • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to combine aesthetics with functionality • Mitigate product development risks related to value, usability, feasibility, and viability • Develop and refine design concepts based on user feedback and testing • Deliver high-quality design outputs • Mentor junior designers and foster learning and collaboration • Apply modern user research strategies to inform design decisions • Clearly communicate design concepts and strategies to clients and team members • Leverage cutting-edge technology, including AI, to enhance user experiences and drive impactful solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant industry work • At least two years as a lead designer, guiding clients, projects, and people • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in designing and shipping successful digital products and services • Deep understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques • Strong problem-solving ability amidst complex challenges • Expertise in user experience and interaction design • Exceptional design talents with stylistic breadth and sensitivity to diverse subject matter • Self-motivation, excellent communication, and ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite • Expertise in user experience and interaction design principles • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice-to-have) • Experience with design systems and component libraries (nice-to-have) • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (nice-to-have)
