📋 Description

• Provide technical support to the team; • Collaborate with other team leaders on the team's technical development; • Participate in delivering and defending technical solutions; • Support monitoring of technical and business metrics and indicators.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Software Architect; • Background with Java using the Spring Boot framework and CDI; • Knowledge of Angular and TypeScript; • Participate in business refinement sessions, advising on request complexity and seeking to simplify requirements according to added value; • Lead technical refinement sessions; • Cloud-native applications (Azure) and DevOps; • Experience with microservices, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and test automation; • Spock Framework for unit testing or strong practices with JUnit; • Basic knowledge of Docker and OpenShift; • Proactivity and autonomy in problem solving and workflow improvements; • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team; • Ability to train and mentor the team's developers; • Understanding of Agile and activity/task management tools; • Knowledge of Generative AI.
