📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a diverse cross-functional squad including developers, designers, and business analysts • Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the squad • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, objectives, and deliverables • Drive day-to-day squad activities in alignment with project goals and timelines • Monitor squad performance and productivity and implement improvements • Encourage continuous learning and growth through coaching and support • Facilitate communication and information sharing within the squad and with external stakeholders • Collaborate with other squads and teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful project delivery • Oversee project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Drive process improvements • Promote a positive, diverse, inclusive, and creative work environment • Own the team’s production release management requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Great English communication; ability to work closely with international clients • Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and inspire team members • Ability to work within a diverse set of client stakeholders • Comfort with owning the team's production release management requirements • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities • Experience with project management tools and Agile software development practices • Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus • English required • Ability to work closely with clients
