📋 Description

• Govern, sustain, and continuously improve the Downstream flow at a global scale • Ensure adherence to the standard process • Ensure the reliability of flow data • Provide mechanisms, visibility, and tools to help teams achieve predictability in their international deliveries • Monitor Downstream operational discipline and promote data-driven improvements • Align work plans with stakeholders • Facilitate the development and monitor action plans resulting from deviations • Systematically track the flow performance traffic lights • Build and use practical solutions based on Generative AI and automation to optimize governance routines and accelerate flow analysis • Work remotely within a cross-functional structure (Cross Chapter)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with workflow management (Kanban/Delivery), systemic agility, and operational governance in technology environments • Experience with Azure DevOps, including process rule management, queries, workflows, Delivery Flow work-item traceability, and data-quality governance • Daily application and analysis of official flow metrics, including System Lead Time, Downstream Cycle Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput, WIP, WIP Aging, and Blocker Metrics • Experience providing mechanisms, views, and tracking practices that support teams in achieving greater delivery predictability • Experience with tactical stakeholder management, including delivery-plan alignment, action plans to address bottlenecks, and visual management of indicators and performance traffic lights • Application and monitoring of working agreements such as Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), Block Management, and Sustain Capacity categorization • Experience building and using simple Artificial Intelligence solutions or automations, such as scripts, OpenAI Codex, AI assistants, or workflow automations, to optimize personal routines and analyses • Advanced English for daily work in global contexts and meetings • Preferred: practical knowledge of applying the Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) • Preferred: certifications in flow management and agility methods, such as KMM, KCP, or equivalent certifications
