📋 Description

• Promote the adoption and maturation of agile practices and culture across the Software Factory organization • Act as a mentor for teams and leaders, ensuring efficiency and adaptability in value delivery • Lead discovery ceremonies for new products and services • Apply techniques, agile practices, tools, and coaching models to maximize individual and team performance • Facilitate events to promote and clarify the characteristics of Lean and Agile culture • Train and develop knowledge, skills, and behaviors for team formation, purpose definition, continuous improvement, and outcomes • Serve as a change agent and sustain Lean and Agile culture within teams and across the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • Advanced certifications in agile methodologies • Preferred 5 years' experience working as an Agile Coach on large-scale projects • Knowledge of agile methodologies
