📋 Description

• Act as a facilitator of agile practices, supporting multidisciplinary squads in adopting and evolving the Scrum framework. • Promote continuous improvement, remove impediments, and align business and technology. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective). • Remove impediments that may impact team productivity. • Support Product Owners and development teams in backlog management. • Foster an agile culture and continuous improvement. • Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs. • Ensure adherence to agile practices and established processes. • Serve as a bridge between business and technology areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Experience working as a Scrum Master on technology projects. • Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies. • Experience with agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). • Preferred: Experience in financial sector projects. • Preferred: Experience managing ERP system demands/requests. • Preferred: Experience in agile transformation.
