📋 Description

• Lead product architectural governance rituals (PDCA, risk management, solution review). • Manage the team of software architects, ensuring consistency in their work. • Promote continuous improvement of architecture practices according to technical maturity criteria. • Support the architects team in defining and tracking Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). • Understand the Value Stream roadmap and anticipate the need to create technical enablers. • Communicate and align technical solutions with the client's team. • Establish and maintain a technical relationship with the client's technical team to ensure all requirements (functional and non-functional) are being met. • Govern continuous delivery and continuous integration to deliver software incrementally and in an agile manner. • Negotiate and act as a trusted advisor to the client and internal team in implementing technologies and processes. • Propose innovative solutions to technical problems and ensure a stable, productive development environment. • Manage technical risks and communicate them to the management team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Java (Spring Boot, EJB, Spring Framework). • Experience with different programming paradigms (Object-Oriented and Procedural). • Experience in a mature DevOps environment, with continuous integration and continuous delivery (Git, SCM). • Experience with Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS and Google). • Lead, train and engage the team of software architects, promoting career development of other technical roles on the team. • Knowledge of Java EJB applications. • Mobilize people internally and at the client by communicating clearly to resolve problems and impediments. • Create and manage the project's technical roadmap, including technical dependencies. • Orchestrate and integrate solutions, making trade-offs on product evolution considering technical indicators. • Manage and train new architects to ensure the application of software engineering best practices.
