📋 Description

• Work in a fast-paced Contact Center • First point of contact for clients with digital banking needs • Deepen relationships by understanding client needs and resolving issues • Educate and assist clients using CIBC digital capabilities • Proactively match clients with products and solutions • Flexible working hours Monday to Friday 8:00am-7:00pm CST and Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm CST

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work independently with a secure workspace • Wired Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps • Excellent client engagement skills • Problem solving skills • Strong product knowledge of CIBC’s suite of products • Computer savvy - able to navigate multiple software applications
