📋 Description

• Prospect new clients at trade shows. • Conduct technical/site visits with clients. • Handle inquiries and sell Convention Center spaces from initial contact through contract signing. • Negotiate events with clients both remotely and in person, performing constant follow-up and ensuring the best commercial and logistical conditions for the company, coordinating with the entire sales and operations teams. • Prepare and send proposals to sales executives. • Manage commercial channels via chatbot and other channels. • Distribute and track received proposals. • Perform pre-sales activities: schedule meetings for sales executives, gather contact information, make calls to initiate relationships, and maintain the customer database in the CRM. • Research information about events. • Support the organization of the department’s commercial activities, including control and procurement of promotional items, materials, and other items required for commercial initiatives. • Participate in sales presentations with Sales Executives. • Identify new potential clients and contact them via digital platforms, capturing and organizing new contacts and mapping their characteristics to build profiles for personalized outreach aimed at converting them into clients. • Request marketing assets from the marketing team, providing details about captured contacts to support the creation of personalized emails and other digital communications for outreach. • Support post-sales activities for events by identifying client dissatisfaction points, collecting information for follow-up and responses, and identifying areas for improvement in operational and customer service processes. • Participate in commercial meetings for prospecting, client acquisition and events, such as tourism trade shows, performing client activation, relationship management, negotiation and ensuring the quality of the executed event to guarantee transparency and compliance with contracted terms. • Support strengthening the company’s sustainability culture by respecting applicable socio-environmental guidelines, standards and policies. Within assigned duties and responsibilities, always act ethically, proactively, safely and responsibly, minimizing environmental impacts and workplace incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Commercial/Sales roles. • Required experience in Sales and Events; experience in trade shows and large events is desirable. • Bachelor’s degree completed in Events, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Tourism or related fields. • Postgraduate specialization in Strategic Sales Management, Commercial Management or related areas is desirable. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Intermediate English. • Knowledge of sales strategies via digital communication. • Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is desirable. • Advanced English is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Energetic and dynamic. • Negotiation and sales skills. • Flexibility and versatility. • Customer-oriented. • Positive and proactive attitude. • Organized and punctual. • Big-picture/systemic view of the area. • Proactive and responsible.
