📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team of recruiters to provide high-quality client services • Set performance standards and goals, assess progress, and address gaps • Provide leadership, coaching, feedback, and performance management to direct reports • Establish regular communications through one-to-one meetings, team meetings, and other touchpoints • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and learning • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and become fully embedded in client organizations • Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to implement new clients successfully • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction, productivity, and sourcing metrics • Work with recruiters and hiring leaders to foster relationships and build trust • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and support recruiting strategy • Drive comprehensive hiring strategies, including passive candidate outreach, recruitment marketing, and recruitment technologies • Participate in client meetings, share updates and data, and address service delivery gaps • Support clients’ recruitment process needs and leverage shared delivery resources • Manage Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L • Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and consistency • Share best practices and support organizational initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role • Experience coaching peers or managing a team • Pharmaceutical experience • Self-starter and naturally curious • Consulting skills and ability to drive process • Knowledge of OFCCP (US) • Experience sourcing with various tools • Exposure to and knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field, preferred
