📋 Description
• Overseeing talent acquisition delivery for a strategic client partnership • Leading a team of recruiters • Driving recruitment excellence and influencing business outcomes • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • Conducting regular 1-1s, team meetings, and performance reviews • Developing recruiting metrics and analytics (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate satisfaction, etc.) • Managing programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines • Driving comprehensive hiring strategies including passive outreach and recruitment marketing • Overseeing P&L management and Cielo-specific reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in talent acquisition or HR • Experience coaching peers or managing teams • Knowledge of recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor's degree in business, management, HR, or related field (preferred) • Japanese: Native level or equivalent professional proficiency (JLPT N1 level) • English: Business‑level proficiency
