• Support the Account Manager’s within the region by acting as the subject matter expert in the cushioning space. • Drive growth of cushioning portfolio across assigned region in partnership with local Account Managers. • Prioritize time and resources effectively to drive results. • Understand key market dynamics and customer needs related to cushioning portfolio. • Work closely with marketing and I&D to ensure appropriate market, product, innovation and solutions. • Present product and solution knowledge to distribution channels. • Collaborate with Packaging Application Centers on custom projects. • Align with RSD and sales training team to uncover gaps in product/solution knowledge.
• BA/BS Degree; MBA or MS a plus • 3+ years of experience in outside sales • 3+ years of MS Office Suite • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to travel overnight • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, CRM knowledgeable
