📋 Description

• Lead implementations for small to medium-scale clients • Assess and evaluate client needs for initial project scope and determine project plans • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication • Manage client expectations and cultivate client relationships through implementation and stabilization • Assist team members with client engagements when appropriate • Coordinate and respond to client issues • Manage work to the scope outlined in the SOW and escalate scope creep • Develop and manage project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines • Coordinate work with functional area leaders and workstream owners • Monitor and report on project status and issues • Conduct online meetings and conference calls to orient new clients and project-manage new partnerships • Provide clients with implementation plans, including project schedules, work plans, risk analysis, communications documents, and training plans • Create and update documents and deliverables necessary to provide exceptional services and communicate project plans • Support updates to implementation deliverables for new process rollouts • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress • Support process and change management activities where required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred • Professional PM certification/accreditation, e.g. PMP or Prince 2, preferred • 3–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, HR, or a related area required • 3–5 years’ experience in Project Management required • General knowledge of the recruitment industry and RPO required • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Business and technical savvy, keen attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage implementations • Previous project management and leadership experience with a strong process focus • Exceptional interpersonal and technology skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other project management software • Strong relationship and influencing skills; high emotional intelligence • Ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
