📋 Description

• Work with partners across multiple industries and skill sets • Engage external and internal stakeholders • Manage and direct the total delivery team • Define search or project specifications • Create job descriptions, market messaging, and confidentiality processes for client approval • Create internal scripts for market insight on each project • Assess and qualify candidates from long list to shortlist • Create high-quality reports and candidate profiles • Conduct review and engagement meetings during the process • Identify and escalate project risks • Manage post-project client engagement and onboarding • Maintain quality control and compliance with internal systems, including Clockwork • Conduct competency-based, skills-based, personal, and in-depth phone interviews • Prepare detailed candidate reports and shortlist presentations • Evaluate candidates against experience, culture, compensation, relocation, achievements, and acceptance criteria • Act as broker between partner and candidate during offer stages • Manage resignation and candidate follow-up through placement • Conduct post-placement follow-up and retention reports at 3, 6, and 12 months • Maintain accurate records of all activities in in-house systems • Present business cases to senior candidates and partners • Manage accounts to grow revenue and remit globally • Analyse partners’ commercial needs and advise on strengthening the proposition

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years experience of senior stakeholder and client relationship management, including directing small teams • At least 5 years in an end to end talent acquisition role, including retained Executive Search • Experience writing insightful profiles and reports • Experience working within tight timescales and high-demand clients or environments • Demonstrable experience being the trusted advisor • Strong external networks and understanding of best practice • Influencing and negotiating skills, with a proven track record delivering results benefiting customer business objectives • Effective project management skills • Commercial awareness and knowledge of new attraction methodologies • Ability to produce and analyse data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex situations and provide workable solutions • Customer-focused, able to work independently and use own initiative • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential • Fluency in one other language is ideal but not essential • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
