📋 Description

• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications • Review applicants in the applicant tracking system • Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns • Source candidates through resume databases, networking sites, social media and deep web techniques • Generate targeted lists of passive candidates • Solicit referrals from business networks and internal referrals • Use proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities • Connect with talent communities through phone, email, campaigns, network introductions and social media • Tailor value propositions to candidate situations and interest levels • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide logistical information and interview guidance • Provide timely application and interview status updates • Monitor candidate interest levels and concerns • Conduct professional phone interviews with industry- and role-specific probing • Compare interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications • Assess candidate, team and cultural fit • Issue and evaluate skills testing when required • Review background and reference information when required • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process • Continuously build talent pipelines • Communicate market changes affecting hiring processes or talent communities to hiring managers • Articulate job offers and drive candidate acceptance • Partner with hiring managers on offer acceptance • Maintain compliance with OFCCP and other standards • Demonstrate segment, practice and industry expertise • Deliver strong candidate slates for requisitions • Provide accurate and regular recruiting activity reports • Identify search difficulties and research solutions with leadership and hiring managers • Regularly communicate search status to hiring managers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required; equivalent experience may be considered • Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO or agency setting • Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies • Adherence to documentation and processes for compliance • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques • Experience with resume databases and networking sites • Sophisticated Boolean search language • Experience with social media sourcing and recruitment marketing campaigns • In-country presence required • Ability to comply with OFCCP and other compliance standards
