📋 Description

• Responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. • Acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with the hiring managers. • Focused on delivering top talent and providing proactive communication. • Stays abreast of industry and market information or trends. • Acts as a mentor to Recruiters and demonstrates innovation. • Completes detailed job scope conversations with the hiring leader. • Reviews applicants through the applicant tracking system timely. • Builds and deploys effective recruitment marketing campaigns. • Sources candidates using sophisticated Boolean search language and social media channels. • Generates targeted lists of passive candidates and solicits referrals from networks. • Utilizes proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning. • Provides tailored value propositions to candidates. • Prepares candidates for interviews with all necessary information. • Ensures candidates receive timely updates concerning their applications and interviews. • Conducts professional and thoughtful phone interviews. • Compares candidate assessments against requisition specifications. • Issues skills testing and evaluates results if process dictates. • Keeps candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required • Minimum of five or more year’s results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting. • Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise. • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies. • Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance. • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
