📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments across different channels • Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and customer acquisition • Create or coordinate marketing content for social media, blogs, email, landing pages, and other channels • Work with designers, developers, and other freelancers when needed • Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements • Optimize conversion rates across landing pages, forms, and marketing funnels • Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to identify growth opportunities • Help define messaging and positioning based on customer feedback • Maintain a structured backlog of marketing ideas and experiments • Provide regular reports on progress, learnings, and recommendations • Improve qualified website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and growth processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals across multiple channels • Comfortable using analytics to guide decisions • Able to work independently and prioritize initiatives with minimal supervision • Excellent written communication skills • Curious, analytical, and willing to challenge assumptions • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities may change • Ability to work preferably during Philippine business hours (GMT+8) • Experience marketing SaaS products (nice to have) • Experience working with B2B or service businesses (nice to have) • SEO knowledge (nice to have) • Paid advertising experience (nice to have) • Email marketing and marketing automation experience (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and research (nice to have) • Basic understanding of product management or UX (nice to have)
