📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for Epic reporting solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports within the Epic reporting framework, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data. • Utilize Epic's reporting tools to create and enhance reports based on end-user needs. • Work with Epic analysts and end users to troubleshoot and resolve reporting functionality or data integrity issues. • Collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to integrate Epic reporting solutions with other systems and data sources. • Provide training and support to end users on utilizing and interpreting Epic reports. • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements related to Epic reporting. • Document technical specifications, data mappings, and report configurations in our enterprise data catalog. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in developing and maintaining Epic reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline • Previous clinical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus. • Certification in Epic's Cogito Administration or relevant Epic certifications. • Proven experience in report development within the Epic reporting environment, including familiarity with Clarity or Caboodle. • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA, and the ability to ensure compliance with report development. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. • Familiarity with Epic modules and their underlying data structures is highly desirable.
