• 7+ years in program management, operations, or similar roles within tech, media, or entertainment. • Proven ability to stand up new functions and scale processes in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication skills; comfortable engaging with executives and team members alike. • Experience with agile methodologies and vendor management. • Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach. • Preferred Experience Background in product launches, marketing campaigns, or content operations. • Familiarity with entertainment, gaming, or digital media ecosystems. • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment. • PMP/PMI certification is a plus
