📋 Description
• Work directly alongside the Director of Games throughout development • Help lead one or more Roblox projects from concept through live operations • Maintain an exceptionally high quality bar across every area of production • Give clear, fast, direct and actionable feedback • Challenge ideas regardless of who proposed them • Identify production risks before they become problems • Remove blockers that slow development • Help programmers, designers and artists produce their best work • Maintain development momentum without sacrificing quality • Take ownership of milestones and delivery • Continuously improve the game through strong judgement and decision making • Protect the vision of the game throughout development
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience producing games • Excellent judgement and taste • Able to identify outstanding work and recognise weak work immediately • Comfortable giving honest feedback • Confident making difficult decisions • Strong organisational and communication skills • Excellent problem solving ability • Able to challenge ideas professionally regardless of seniority • Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility • Excellent attention to detail • Passionate about building exceptional games • Based in the United Kingdom with the right to work in the UK • Professional Roblox production experience is not essential
