📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Salesforce team and shape the team operating model • Own the health and evolution of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud • Set and enforce platform standards for configuration, automation, data models, documentation, testing and technical debt • Perform hands-on Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, permissions, reporting, dashboards and troubleshooting • Configure and maintain Experience Cloud portals and external access controls • Manage Salesforce releases, feature adoption, deprecations, sandbox strategy and environment management • Evaluate and deploy AppExchange packages • Oversee Salesforce integrations with Slack and other enterprise applications • Establish API monitoring, alerting standards, runbooks and escalation paths • Lead incident response and problem management • Own Salesforce security, access controls, audits and compliance activities including SOC 2 and GDPR • Manage licences, certificates, connected apps and OAuth lifecycles • Own delivery backlog, release management, GitHub-based version-controlled deployments and documentation • Champion Salesforce data quality and provide platform insight through dashboards and reporting • Evaluate and safely adopt Agentforce, Salesforce AI and related enterprise AI tools • Work with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, Data and Integration teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in large, multi-team environments • Salesforce Administrator certification (required) • Proven people leadership, including line management, coaching, performance support, work prioritisation and development of Salesforce administrators or platform specialists • Deep practical knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Deep Salesforce security expertise, including organisation-wide defaults, role hierarchies, sharing models, permission sets, field-level security, identity, privileged access, connected apps and audit controls • Hands-on Experience Cloud capability, including external sharing models, guest access and community configuration • Proven Salesforce DevOps and change-management experience using GitHub • Experience operating API-led integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, authentication, limits and failure handling • Experience managing SSL and authentication certificates • Strong declarative delivery capability, particularly Flow, data modelling, validation, Lightning configuration, reporting and environment management • Sound release and change-management experience, including sandbox strategy, source control, testing, deployment governance and production support • Confident stakeholder management • Strong solution and design judgement, with understanding of platform architecture and enterprise-level data modelling
