📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master for the Salesforce team, approximately 90% of the role • Provide Scrum Master support to the NetSuite team, approximately 10% of the role • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies • Coach both teams on Agile and Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement • Facilitate retrospectives and produce tracked improvement actions • Identify, track, and remove impediments across Salesforce and NetSuite teams • Protect teams from external disruption and maintain a sustainable pace • Partner with product owners to maintain healthy, refined, and prioritised backlogs • Manage cross-team dependencies, especially Salesforce and NetSuite integrations • Maintain transparent reporting on sprint health, delivery metrics, and stakeholder progress

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, demonstrable understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching delivery teams • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills • Effective stakeholder management across technical and business audiences • Ability to remove impediments and promote team self-organisation • Proficiency with an Agile work-tracking tool and delivery reporting • 3–5 years in a Scrum Master role (preferred experience) • Experience supporting Salesforce delivery teams or projects • Exposure to NetSuite projects or ERP delivery • Relevant Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) • Agile / Scrum Master certification or qualification required • Jira preferred • SAFe optional • Prince2/Project Management optional
